At Rangwik.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our easy return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Customized or personalized products
Innerwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related items
3. Return Process
Go to My Orders on Rangwik.com
Select the item you want to return
Fill out the return request form
Our courier partner will pick up the product within 2–5 business days
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 4–7 business days
Refund will be credited to your original payment method or store credit (as per your choice)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order after returning the original product.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for quick resolution.
