1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if: All tags, labels, and packaging are intact The request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” Customized or personalized products Innerwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related items

3. Return Process

Go to My Orders on Rangwik.com Choose a item(s) to return or exchange Fill in the request form with the reason Our courier provider will schedule a pickup within 2–5 working days

4. Exchange Flow

Exchanges are available for size and color (only if in stock). If the size/color you are looking for is not in stock, you can choose to be refunded or issued store credit.

5. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 4–7 business days Refunds are made to the original payment method or via store credit COD refunds will be processed, either by bank transfer or UPI

6. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for a quick replacement or refund.
